The software company pays you on the 15th of the following month.

No. JESTER GAMING is the ONLY company that provides you with an account directly with the sofware company. They provide you with BOTH the gambling software and the merchant account. They will pay you directly.

3. DO I NEED A GAMING LICENSE?
No. You don't. You will be using the license of the software company.

4. DO I NEED MY OWN MERCHANT ACCOUNT AND CREDIT CARD PROCESSING CAPABILITY?
No. They will provide financial transactions for you.

5. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY SITE UP AND RUNNING?
JESTER GAMING will have your site up and running in less than 7 days. Faster and more attractive then any other company. 

6. CAN I SELL ADVERTISING ON MY SITE?
Yes. You can make modifications to your site and sell advertising if you wish

7. CAN I SELL MY CASINO TO SOMEONE ELSE IF I'M NOT PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS?

Yes. We have no objections against that.

8. CAN I PROMOTE THE SITE THROUGH UNSOLICITED COMMERCIAL EMAIL?
We have a strong policy on UCE or "spam". The basic rules is that if we receive three UCE complaints about your account we can terminate your agreement and block your site.

9. HOW DO I FIND OUT HOW MUCH MONEY I MADE?

We provide daily online statistics to our casino partners. You can log onto a password protected, secure webpage, where we display how many players you signed up, how much money they lost and what your commission is. See sample statistics page.

10. WHAT HAPPENS TO MY COMMISSION IF SOMEONE IS PLAYING WITH A STOLEN CREDIT CARD?
Before anyone can sign up we check the validity of credit cards. However if it happens that fraudulent players and credit cards enter our sytem the fraudulently charged amounts will be deducted from your commission at the end of the month.

11. HOW DO I RECEIVE MY COMMISSION?
You will be mailed a US$ check or if you request we can send it to you by wire transfer. A $40 wire transfer charge will be deducted from your commission if you choose this option.

12. WILL I GET MY OWN CASINO NAME IN THE SOFTWARE OR WILL IT BE WINDOWS CASINO?
All JESTER GAMING clients get their casino name in the software. This is done for all our clients at no additional charge.

We are the only company to offer this service. 

13. WHERE WILL THE WEBSITE BE HOSTED?
Your casino web site will be hosted in Curacao on the same servers where the software is.

14. WILL I BE ABLE TO GET THE NAMES AND EMAIL ADDRESSES OF THE PLAYERS I SEND?
Yes, we can make these available to you.

Yes, JESTER GAMING clients have full access to their sites 24 hours a day.

16. ONCE THE SITE IS SETUP, HOW WILL I MAKE MONEY?

Your primary job as a casino owner will be to bring in clients to the casino. Therefore promotion and marketing of your online casino will be your primary role in this business and your ability to persuade players to play at your online casino will decide your monthly profits. No. Winnings are paid out by the software company which is also why a merchant account is not necessary for you. In the event that a players wins or hits a jackpot you will not to be required to pay that player as the software provider is the merchant and it is insured against these instances. Therefore they handle all the payment processing for your casino. In essence, your site is a marketing agent which receives a percentage on the player's net losses therefore you cannot lose money.  Negative balances are not carried over to following months, which is another advantage of owning your own casino.

20. ARE UPGRADES POSSIBLE?
Yes. A casino owner can upgrade their site or have JESTER GAMING do it for them.
